This is my 13th year in the photography industry, although I began taking photos around the age of 5 years old. My first camera was a bright blue, plastic camera that allowed me to create and appreciate the process of film. By capturing my favorite animals at the zoo, our family garden, my adored pets, and dolls lined up like a family portrait, I truly believe that camera put the spark in me that I carry on today. Among the many childhood career ideas I once had, the camera ultimately was in my hand the entire time.
Outside of being a photographer, some of my favorite things are gardening, dancing, antiquing, a good yacht rock playlist, and just being outside with my family and friends. I also love traveling with my husband Tyler, and we are on our way to seeing all 50 states!
On May 24, 2025, I married my other half, Tyler! We’re also the parents of two cats: Fuji, our sweet tuxedo, and Muffin, a brave tabby we rescued from Tyler’s car engine!
I come from a family of passionate gardeners, so I’ve always felt that if I wasn’t a photographer, I’d definitely be a florist! I love having fresh flowers in the house from our garden in the summer, and I truly adore capturing all of the beautiful floral details on a wedding day!
I have been dancing for almost 30 years! I started dance at age 3 – I've loved practicing everything from ballet to hip hop, and was a state runner-up hip hop dancer on my high school dance team. I am ALWAYS ready for your reception dancefloor!
My love language is words of affirmation, and I am so excited to share that same encouragement with you as your personal hype person behind the camera!
I photographed my very first wedding on my last day of high school back in 2013! I even remember the joy of seeing my final grades posted right during the dinner service. Since then, I’ve felt so lucky to watch many couples of mine grow into families and I'm honored to still be capturing their special moments today.
